Terrain-Specific Mobility Guide

Green Hill Meadow (Dynamic Warm-Up) Use the flat, open grass right near the entrance to prepare joints for uneven ground.
Exercise:
3 minutes of bodyweight squats, standing hip circles, and ankle rotations.

Woodland Tracks (Balance & Cardio) The natural soil, scattered roots, and mild incline up into the oak canopy challenge ankle stability and balance.
Exercise:
Focus on a brisk stride uphill, followed by 30 seconds of high-knee marches on flat dirt sections.

Trail Benches (Active Recovery) Take advantage of the timber benches along the paths for targeted mobility work mid-walk.
Exercise
Bench step-ups, seated spinal twists, and straight-leg calf stretches using the bench base.
